Is this back labor?

o I’ve been having a lot of back pain. It’s like tightening in my lower back that comes every 5-10 minutes. It sometimes radiates to my stomach but not always. I am 38 weeks 2 days. Last night I was awake all night with contractions that were every 10 minutes, and they still are. I had this same back tightening last night as well and could feel baby moving farther down.

I never had this back tightening with my daughter so I’m confused if it’s back labor or not?
