3 pound weight loss after stopping diet and exercise.

Wondering if anyone has any insight on this. I have been watching what I eat and working out for 2 months and lost 6 pounds. I have been stuck at the same weight for awhile now and the past 4 days, I have completely ditched the diet and exercise and suddenly dropped down 3 pounds. This is the lowest I have weighed now for a long time! I’m so confused about how I lost weight because I was expecting to have gained a few pounds from the takeout and constant sitting over tge last 4 days.

Anyone have any insight on why this would be? Should I be worried??
