Leaving my 3 week old to go back to work

Since I didn’t qualify to receive any maternity leave benefits, from my job or the government, I have to leave my 3 week old baby to go back to work on Monday. I had my own personal money saved up for maternity leave, however I had to take early maternity leave around 30 weeks due to preeclampsia and the money I saved up has just run out. I can’t sleep because my anxiety is so bad… I don’t want to leave my baby :(
