Baby not engage

Am going to be 39 week tomorrow, and have no idea if am progressing or not. They have never check if am dilated or not. All they told me is baby is not engage yet. But i can't even walk up to 5mins without feeling pressure under my tummy. And when i walk always feel d huge to pee. Have not lose my mucus plug yet. Have Brixton hick contraction frequently sometimes every 5mins. And sometimes it really hurt. Am due the 31st. Any ideas of how to make labor start. Thanks
