C-section incision

I had a C-section 17 days ago. My incision looks great, however on one end I have a suture sticking out. It’s tender and the area around it is slightly swollen. It’s definitely not infected just irritated from the suture. I’d have thought the suture would dissolve by now if it was going to? I don’t see my OB until my 6 week follow up, but this just doesn’t seem right to me. If they were dissolving sutures, I’d have thought they would have dissolved by now. They feel like fishing line, so I doubt they’re the dissolving sutures. Obvious being a Sunday my OB isn’t open and I can’t ask.
