Twinges and vvv light spotting 6 weeks

I’m 6 weeks 5 days and I’ve been experiencing some quick and light pulls here and there on my right side.. also today is the second time I wipe and there is very very verrry light light spotting. Not even pea sized amount. Not even red. Light pink..

Seeing any kind of blood freaks me out as I MC at 3 months 2 years ago.. I’m assuming since there is no sharp pain associated with it that it can’t be bad BUT help in letting me know this is normal to see at this point in time would greatly ease my mind. Any one experience this?
