Hello everyone 😊 I was wondering if someone could give me some advice. I've recently recovered from a UTI and just got cleared of all infection. However I still have painful pain on the lower sides of my back near my kidneys. I just had an ultrasound soun and was told my kidneys are perfectly healthy. What is causing this pain to where I can't lay down without a soft pillow underneath my back? I have lost 3 weeks of sleep! I can't go into a deep sleep anymore. I've never had sleep problems before until this has happened. I could always lay on the pillow then fall straight asleep. I'm not pregnant yet on birth control Yazmin and tests came up negative. I haven't had any recent injuries either. It's not my spine at all. The pain is from the back of my ribcage. It started when I first got the UTI. Hasn't stopped ever since. Any ideas to stop it or what the cause could be? Thanks for your advice and help😊

Update: Thank you so much for all of your advice and help. I took the advice of the pain might be muscle pain and applied a small amount of Chilli oil mixed with olive oil on the painful area. Chilly power😍🌶🔥 My back pain disappeared completely. My doctor also advised me to have a high fiber and probotic diet to help with my digestion and restore the good bacteria in my body. I was on antibiotics for a long time 😅. So glad to have been cleared healthy🎊🎉
