Breastfeeding with implants

Hi!

Any other moms having trouble breastfeeding with implants?

Everyone I’ve talked to with implants (incision is under the breast) have had to problems with producing milk so im confused why im having issues. I read that because My incision was through the nipple it could’ve damaged the nerve alittle OR because of my implants my boobs don’t produce alot because they trick the body that they’re engorged already. I am 2 weeks PP and only produce about 1 oz in each breast. I’m drinking tons of water, taking lactation supplements, vitamins and pumping every 2-3 hours sometimes at night every 4 hours for 29 minutes. The longer I wait obviously the more comes out but I’ve never gotten over 1.5-2 oz each breast at a time.

Help please! I need to produce enough for my baby. And I’m struggling 😪
