When did you announce your pregnancy on social media/to family?

i’m so scared to announce to everyone, then something happen. 
i know my anxiety is getting the best of me, but i’m trying to not let it so i just wanted some personal opinions!

I plan on announcing at 13 weeks I'm 5w4d today we've told my stepdaughter and he's told two people at his work and that's it.  I have a history of miscarriage and want to wait til we get past the first trimester.

I’ve suffered from recurrent miscarriages and I’ve always openly talked about them on my social media as well so I personally don’t have a problem announcing early and celebrating baby’s life. 🌈💞

27 weeks going on 28 weeks and I don’t think I’ll be announcing it on social media, I’m not one to put my business out there like that. 
Only both our families know we told them at 14 weeks
Some of our closest friends told them at 25/26 weeks 
And the rest of our families and friends will be finding out next month since I’m sending out the baby shower invitations.

15 weeks with my first and only online when he was born. This one 12ish weeks and probably the same for online this time again.

Announced to family immediately and on social media the next day. We only have very close friends and family on social media so anyone who couldn't be there found out the next day om social media.

My first we announced to family after the first ultrasound and then on Facebook after 12w.
With my second our families knew at 5w and we told friends/extended family after the first ultrasound at 9w but still nothing on Facebook at 15w
It took us a lot longer to conceive my first so it was a long time waiting to tell people we were finally expecting
