Bleeding/Spotting at 4 weeks?

I had a chemical pregnancy last month but after getting my hcg checked, my numbers were doubling every 24 hours. The test line was darker than the control line last night.

I just took another test and the test line is still darker than the control line after a one hour hold. Is this still most likely a miscarriage? My period is due tomorrow.?
