Tmi baby poop description

Okay so my baby is 7.5 months old. He's been solely formula fed since he was about 4 months old. We started solids at 6 months & do a mix of BLW & purees. His bowel movements have been regular 1x a day every other day. I've talked to his dr about this multiple multiple times (like every time he's been to the dr) & every time she has said as long as it's smushy, he's not in pain & he doesn't go too long without one he's fine, that's just how his bowels work. I kept track & made sure he wasn't constipated & didn't think much else of it. But his daycare teacher is convinced that his poops are not normal. They are thick like peanut butter & of course, still happening every other day. She has tried to get me to make a dr appointment for him because she believes it's abnormal. I honestly think they look normal (no mucus, blood, hard little balls, etc).

Any veteran moms that can help me out? Are his thick peanut butter poos abnormal?! Should I make a dr appointment? 😩
