I want more sex than my boyfriend

My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost four months now and I want more sex than he does. Everytime I initiate it he has an excuse  as to why he's not in the mood, such as: I'm tired or he's not in the mood. He says he's sexually attracted to me but I don't believe him. What should I do
