Help please…Positive pregnancy test but maybe a chemical pregnancy

Hello everyone,

So…long story short, a week ago I had a positive pregnancy test but then my period came the next day. It was a bit on the lighter side but still a full period. I went and had labs done, my Hcg was 121 and my progesterone was 7 as of Monday this past week. I am out of town on vacation so I can’t get repeat labs until next Tuesday. I have been taking pregnancy tests every day just to see if the line gets lighter because my doc said it’s likely an early miscarriage but the lines appear to be staying dark. For reference, in the first picture, the top one was Thursday night, bottom was Friday morning and in second picture was this morning. I am in limbo not knowing but I just don’t know what to think. Anyone know if it is just likely that my Hcg hasn’t dropped yet or I might still be pregnant or could it be ectopic? Or maybe the tests are getting lighter I’m just not seeing it…😔
