My husbands hygiene is awful

Hello so I need advice my husbands hygiene has gotten worse over the years my husband is 29 and I’m 26 and my husband goes several days without showering. He goes weeks/ months with out brushing his teeth his teeth are turning brown! It’s disgusting I can’t handle kissing him or cuddling or having sex a lot of the time because he won’t shower or brush his teeth. His parents have even told him he needs to brush his teeth because it’s obvious he doesn’t. What makes me upset is that 2 years ago we split up due to issues of verbal and emotional abuse that unfortunately has become a problem again and he would shower regularly and brush his teeth daily when he was dating other people I am close with his parent so they were the ones telling me. I just don’t know what to do anymore.
