I am wondering… is there a best position to be in to get pregnant when he ejaculates? We’ve been ttc for a little bit now and I just want to put the odds in my favour as much as I can.

Every position will work. One is not better than the other when trying to conceive.

Id think lying down on your back while he's on top.  I wouldn't be standing up because gravity, includes you on top.  Suggest trying again after 3 hours because apparently sperm swim faster.  It's also good to lie down for least 15 min after.
