irregular periods or not?

okay y’all, i am having trouble understanding if i am considered irregular or not. i have been off of B.C since January 2021. before my B.C i had regular periods. i was on nexplanon for 2.5 years and lo lestrin(BC pill) for 4 months.

Do they vary in length by more than 9 days? If so, you’re irregular.

You seem to have a pretty regular cycle. I’ve counted a range of 28-34 day cycle with one abnormal 39 day cycle but you could have been sick that month or started a new diet or medication or what not something could have caused you to be late that one month. The first day of your period is cycle day 1 and so on until the day before you start again and that will tell you how long your cycle is. You count the days between. Keep tracking. Some woman have short cycles and some longer.
