Has anyone lost weight by running only?
I have been running for a month now on the treadmill and I’m going on my second month. I workout at home since I’m a mom of 3 toddlers and I feel like it’s hard to do anything else but I feel like I look the same honestly but I already feel a change in my clothes some jeans fit me really tight and now they fit somewhat better. Nobody has told me or noticed that I’ve lost weight because even I feel like I look the same. The only difference I’ve seen is in my clothes. I haven’t weight myself because I’m scared of failure I’m scared I haven’t gone down and my hard work would be a waste. But has anyone lost weight by just running if so how long did it take you? And when did you notice a difference
