The fact of the matter is that it’s normal to worry. However, try not to let worrying dictate your pregnancy!! There’s always a chance, and you have to recognize that some things are out of your control and what will be will be. Pamper yourself, let yourself be treated like the incredible gift of a person you are, and try to remember the things you CAN control - diet, exercise, and to some extent, the level of anxiety and stress you let yourself feel. It’s normal to think “what if I miscarry?” But don’t let yourself get into the mindset of “I’m going to miscarry”. Your baby wasn’t meant to be carried by anyone but you!! You’re the one and only woman for this job and you will do it perfectly 💚 Best of luck to you

My my first, I had in my head different milestones.. so I thought when I get to 12 weeks and everything was fine, I could worry less.. but then it was 20 weeks I aimed to get to, then after that it was 24, then 27, then 30… 
The worry never left me until baby boy was with me! 
This time round I feel the worry is more as I know things can go wrong at anytime.. but I’m again sticking to milestones in my head just for something to get me through it

13 weeks miscarriage rate goes down.
After 13 weeks I fear for a stillborn.

I worried about it since the moment I knew I was pregnant. They say about 26 weeks is when the baby will have a good infant survival rate. Not promised but possible. So after I passed 26 weeks I felt alittle more at ease. However even now at 38 weeks I still fear the worse.
