I have this knot right above my collar bone that showed up out for no where 3-4 days ago it’s small about the size of a marble. But the pain is insane it’s a constant pain that radiates through my right shoulder down my arms and today it’s starting to make my neck stiff and hurt really bad. I don’t know if this has anything to do with pregnancy, or not. Does anyone have any ideas to reduce the pain, or have had anything similar to this? I’m scared after reading google something I shouldn’t have done🤦🏼‍♀️😂 should I mention it to my obgyn I just don’t know if it could be pregnancy related?
