Gestational seen in the uterus but not yolk sac or baby. It was abdominal ultrasound. I don’t know if I’m suppose to see anything by now other than the sac. But now I’m actually spotting so I guess here comes another abnormal pregnancy that leads to miscarriage. Story of my life I’m so used to this BS…. So tired
