Mental health journaling
Unfortunately i can't visit my therapist any time soon, and there's a lot of events happening and i am just extremely overwhelmed and literally have no one to talk to. I really wanna get it off my chest but it's hard when i have no tool, it keeps getting even more complicated inside my head. So i would like to know, does journaling help? How do i do it? I am afraid i might trigger myself even more when i see what i am going through clear on a paper.. you know what i mean? So i really wanna know how it's done and if it has ever helped you.
