How old is he? My daughter had something similar and I was told it was newborn acne

Looks exactly like the drool rash mine gets every now and then. If it is I wipe with a damp clean cloth and then dry and use Vaseline. Sometimes Vaseline mixed with lanolin and it's gone within the day or next. Diaper rash creams didn't help any.

Did you switch lotions? My daughter gets this when I changed lotions on her face. Only cerave baby works without causing baby acne.
