🚨HELP: Extreme cramps and bloating after sex

Hey everyone!

The other day my boyfriend and I had pretty rough sex (sorry if TMI). Although it was great and led to a very nice orgasm, my whole stomach, pelvis and anus started cramping. It felt like I had to use the toilet but when I did it was so painful - like my anus was literally broken - and I just couldnt. Moving / walking hurt. I was about to faint from the pain and did not know what to do but I ended up taking ibuprofen and napping which helped.

At this point, 2 days later, the cramps become less intense but my tummy is now super bloated and it mildly hurts (though not as bad as it was). There’s this uncomfortable feeling every time I walk or sit in a certain position. I also don’t feel my hunger or anything.

I’m afraid it wont go away or it’s something else, perhaps a problem with my intestines. Just would be weird that the sex triggered it.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this normal? Any tips to get better is much appreciated 🤕💞
