Second ectopic? Anyone with ectopic history?

Has anyone had more than one ectopic before? We’re they on the same side? I had an ectopic a few months ago and just found out I’m pregnant again. I’ve been hyper-vigilant to watch every little ache and pain. I do not want to lose my only tube I have left. Anyone else been through/going through this?

I had my first ectopic November 2021, was able to treat with methotrexate. Had an HSG in April 2022, started clomid in July, did clomid again in august, got pregnant again. Had my second ectopic I’m October 2022, lost my left Fallopian tube. Despite my HSG showing clear and open tubes. Your chances for ectopic are always higher after one.

I had an ectopic a few months ago and am now having a normal pregnancy. Is your doctor having you do a 48 hour hcg blood draw? Has your doctor set up an early ultrasound? My doctor got me in at 7 weeks and checked to make sure my hcg looked normal. I have noticed drastic differences between the ectopic and this pregnancy so far. I think you’d most likely know if you were having another ectopic. Did you take several pregnancy tests to make sure everything was looking like it was rising correctly early on?
