Can you have a look!

I'm looking some advise. today marks 9 weeks since my last af, I have hurt my foot and was told to take anti inflammatory tablets so I did a random test this afternoon (had tested a couple of weeks ago but gave up with so many negatives). The picture shows the result at 5 minutes but after 10 minutes it looked negative. has anyone had anything similar, I really don't know what to think.
