So I was on 100 mg per day of sertraline during my first pregnancy. My husband and I want to try for a 2nd child soon, but my doctor upped my dose to 200 mg per day. Anyone have any experience with taking this much while pregnant? I’m definitely going to speak with my doctor before we start trying, but wanted to know if anyone knew it was safe to take this much while pregnant.
