I just had a baby 4 months ago and last month I got on the shot and lastnight I had unprotected sex and he did it in me is there a chance I can get pregnant has anyone got pregnant a month of being on the shot??

there’s always a chance of pregnancy, even on birth control

On the shot it usually takes up to 2 weeks to be fully effective.  So if it was a month ago the chance is very low and you should be good.
