Can anyone who is good with words help me think of a caption for my pregnancy announcement?

We struggled for 2 years to conceive, were diagnosed with infertility, had a miscarriage, and were told we would need <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> to conceive. By a miracle we got pregnant naturally the month before starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. I wanted to somehow reference our journey but wasn’t sure how.
