I think I ate some undercooked fish, will I be okay?
I ordered fish tacos to go at a popular seafood restaurant where I live, the fish was some kind of saltwater whitefish, I’m unsure what kind, but as I was eating, I noticed the center was translucent and kinda stretchy? My husband thinks it was just a tendon in the fish but I think it was maybe undercooked. Am I going to get food poisoning now?
