It's normal to not love being pregnant. Society says we're supposed to love every minute of it. The glow, the growing belly, the precious miracle inside, blah blah blah. And don't get me wrong - we're all grateful for the blessing, but it's insane to think we're going to enjoy every minute of it or any of it for some women. Not everyone wants to have control over their bodies stripped away and that's okay. Pregnancy needs to come with a warning that says "experiences may vary." 😅 I hated my first pregnancy (puked start to finish), loved my 2nd one, and this 3rd has been a happy medium of enjoying it but also hating parts of it (I'm due in 2 weeks.)

I will fully admit I didn't enjoy pregnancy. 5 yrs 1 month to my first, miscarried. 2 yrs 1 month to my daughter, she's 4 now. 1 yr 8 months to my third, missed miscarriage. Another 1 yr to my son, he's 10 months now. Not just because of the losses, though those played a part in being terrified the entire time... The physical aspects of being pregnant I just don't enjoy. The aches and pains, insomnia, heartburn and acid reflux, the feet in the ribs, the leg cramps, All. The. Extra. Discharge. The anemia (which was severe for me and required a 2 hr IV iron infusion with my 2nd), the hypertension and anemia with my 1st. The morning sickness 🥹 Pregnancy is not a walk in the park and there are several parts I just didn't enjoy. Even still I'd do it all again 😅

Both. 
I love pregnancy, feeling babe move, getting a round belly, and knowing I’m growing a tiny human. I hate that my body physically can’t carry a baby. 
Both pregnancies have been high risk, require surgery to keep babe in, hospitalizations, preterm births, and nicu time. All because I have a shitty cervix. 
I hate that I’ve given up on having 3 children because I can’t go through a pregnancy again. This second one has been so scary especially when the term “inevitable miscarriage” is used. 😔

Nope. Too much anxiety. I’ll take all the annoying side effects any day but the overwhelming anxiety that something terrible could happen to my baby at any time even the day before delivery is horrible.

I'm 37 weeks and I hate hate hate it. With my son I don't remember feeling one way or the other about it but this time I am absolutely over it. Feeling her moving is about the only good thing and even them I'm like GET OUT OF MY RIBS ALREADY 😂😩

I only hated the constant nausea in those first 10 weeks and I didnt like being so hot all the time 😭 but I loved everything else about it. Love my appetite and my body and how energetic and happy I feel, and how people treat me lol. And of course love feeling my baby inside me. I actually really miss pregnancy. Can't wait for my next

I have days where I love it and days where I hate it. If I’m not having horrible acid reflux then I’m usually loving being pregnant.

My pregnancies were all pretty easy, and because I was extra aware of my health, I was physically fit during them. I ate really well, took extra vitamins, exercised. I actually felt great. I never had nausea or anything like that. My biggest complaint was shortness of breath and faintness which I got toward the end of all my pregnancies

Maybe I would love it more if I was a stay at home wife? Physically it was fairly easy till 28 weeks, but socially, it’s often very isolating. The things you can’t do while everyone is doing it around you, especially if your friends want to drink to celebrate the baby, or go out all night while you are tired and they don’t think they are that drunk and nothing they think is funny, is really funny… I’m over that.
