Possible covid/tylenol question

Since ttc I don't want to take Ibuprofen. This is my 3rd day taking tylenol for fever reduction, and on the bottle it says not to take tylenol for more than 3 days. I have not had a positive test for covid but I took care of my 7 year old which had positive tests. I have a doctors appointment Thursday with my primary care to check my lungs out and everything. I have asthma so I don't recover as easy as others. My question is: if fevers continue on tomorrow (passing the 3 days) do I continue taking tylenol or contact my doctor? I have taken 6-500mgs sat, 4 yesterday and 2 today. For fevers 101°F and above. I haven't hit 103. I've never had fevers for more than 2 days. 😔 Being sick sucks.
