Restless legs help
I’ve always had unbelievably restless legs. But they seem to be much worse since I gave birth. I am working with an acupuncturist, i used a tens machine, I take magnesium, iron, use a cold compress, I drink over 124 ounces of water a day, I stretch, I work out, I do yoga and I still have to get up every hour and a half in the night due to my legs and it’s really taking a toll on me. I’m exclusively breast-feeding so I cannot take any major meds at this moment. Is there anything else I can do? Because this is really unsustainable :(
