Is a bedside crib worth it? 🧸

We have a Moses basket from my first son but have been looking at bedside cribs for this baby. Is it worth buying?

I've gotten one second hand. They can only use them for 6 months! I think they are most useful if you plan on BF

I decided against one because they're too small. With my first three kids I just took off one side of the cot and fastened it to my bed with one of those heavy duty belts. Basically a big DIY bedside cot haha. 
I have less space now and was thinking of buying a Next 2 me. But baby needs to be next to me for longer than 6 months, so I made space and I'm doing the same thing again as I did with my other three.

Is a bedside crib worth it? 🧸
