Stretch marks after spanking

To all that have done a little bit of BDSM, did you ever et stretch marks after spanking? I got horrible red an purple stripes today besides the bruises for the first time and the spanking wasn't even that bad. Anyone has similar experience with that or can tell me if they are stretch marks or something else and if that could  go away? It is really all over my butt and I just hope it won't stay😔 thank you
