Scary ultrasound 😬

Has anyones baby had a scary or funky looking feature on an ultrasound? I’m 12 weeks and girlfriend looks like a witch here and does in a lot of other photos from 2 weeks ago and from today 😂 I never had this with my boys! Is it just from her moving or something? Slightly freaking out 😅
