Protein in urine but low blood pressure

Has anyone ever dealt with protein in their urine but their blood pressure was low? I was induced during my last pregnancy because of high blood pressure so this time around my dr has been keeping a close eye on me. I’ve been taking baby aspirin and have been watching my salt intake and exercising. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and have been having some symptoms of high blood pressure( headaches, slight vision changes) but my blood pressure is lower than it’s ever been. Just to be safe my Dr ordered labs and I do have protein in my urine. It’s not a crazy high amount but it’s over the normal level. Has anyone had all of these signs of possible preeclampsia but no high blood pressure ?
