I have a possible swollen lymph node on the bottom/back side of my right side of my neck

I also have a hard bump on the top right side of my neck.

This coming Tuesday , I’ll have had them for two weeks.

I made a doctors appointment for September 12th. That’ll be almost 3 weeks since I’ve noticed them.

Today, I realized both of them are slightly more swollen or raised than they were. Do I need to go to urgent care? Or should I wait it out until my appointment (unless they get really enflamed)
