4 weeks pregnant and bleeding

I’m 4 weeks and 3 days today. I haven’t had many symptoms apart from tiredness and loss of appetite. I’ve been having mild cramps since Friday and put it down to implantation. The cramps are not painful, no way near as bad as period cramps. My stomach felt like I had pulled a muscle, especially when I bend down. The cramps have eased off, however I’ve just been to the bathroom and noticed this blood when wiping, is this normal or is it a miscarriage?
