4 weeks pregnant and bleeding
I’m 4 weeks pregnant. I’ve had no symptoms other than tiredness and loss of appetite. I’ve also been getting cramping since Friday. The cramps are not bad, it just feel like I’ve pulled a muscle. The cramps have eased off today. I’ve just been to the toilet and noticed blood when I’ve wiped. Is this implantation or am I having a miscarriage? I’ve very worried
