Did I ovulate already?

Hi all! I started having a natural miscarriage on August 25th. My HCG on August 26th was only 150 when I was estimated to be 7 weeks pregnant. I bled heavily and pasted the gestational sac, the bleeding stopped on August 31st so I started taking opk’s to try to figure out my new cycle. I had a negative hpt on September 1st. These are my opk’s so far, is it possible I already ovulated so soon? I haven’t had any EWCM and just started having watery discharge three days ago. I had been reading most women take several days/weeks to ovulate post MC. I’m going to keep testing to see if i get another spike in LH. Is it possible I had a peak due to HCG levels not LH? Thanks!
