From the date of my last period I should have been 9 weeks but my periods have always been irregular, I went to the hospital for light spotting and it stopped the next morning. The hospital did a ultrasound that goes inside me. They seen a small perigestional bleed but they said all my lab work came back and no infection. But they said by the ultrasound I was only 5 weeks 5 days, and they only seen the gestational sac no yolk sac or fetal pole. They said it could be a miscarriage but they are not sure because of how early it shows. I just would like to know if my little one is in there or if I am miscarrying. This is my first baby and it took us 5 years to finally get us a positive. So if anyone could please help me understand or if anyone has went through this I’d appreciate it. If you have any more questions to know a little more please comment below. Also I would like to add if the ultrasound is correct then I would have gotten a positive pregnancy test 5-7 days after conceiving. Thank you.
