Ultrasound week progression

Hi all. I’m getting mixed opinions about things. I had early bleeding which someone told me could have been a twin. I’m also measuring 3mm on my NT scan, but I do believe I might be 14 weeks rather than 13 today. I’m not sure but anything could help thank you all 🫶🏼🤍
