As the title says- TMI!

I’m 33 weeks and the Haemorrhoids are terrible. Had them on and off for a couple weeks but it’s so bad right now. I haven’t been constipated, in fact I’ve been very far the other way….

Anyway nothing is relieving it. Does anyone have any advice? Surely I can’t just feel this way the next 7 weeks….
