I’m pregnant what to do next??
So I just found out I was pregnant yesterday and by working it out I think I’m around 4 weeks pregnant. What should I do next I have no idea what to do as I’m a first time mum and still in shock🤣🤞🏼 any help and tips would be so great full!!!xx
