Febreeze and candles around newborn?

I have a barely 2 week old daughter and I have been avoiding using any kind of fragrant products around our house.   Our home is starting to smell strongly of formula and just starting to kind of smell badly overall.   I've read that febreeze is sage to use and also not safe to use and the same thing with certain types of candles.    What can I use to deodorize our house without harming her lungs?

** Put a few drops of vanilla in a dish and bake for half an    hour 
** Make a stovetop potpourri, simmer in low with apple slices, cinnamon sticks, orange peels and cloves (or you can mix up what you use)

Stovetop “potpourri”, diffusing essential oils or using a room spray made from EO’s, look up beeswax candles made with oils etc. I also avoid fragrance.

I would not use that. It’s a chemical that you are spraying into the air that goes into your lungs when you breathe in.

I had my baby September 2020 - since it’s fall, we did a cinnamon broom. Natural scent is better than the artificial stuff

I used both💁🏼‍♀️ Just didn’t spray it in front of the baby, and didn’t use a lot of it to make it overwhelming.
