Back sleeping

FTM, 32+4 and I can only get comfortable on my back to sleep. Up until this week I could sleep just fine on my sides and in a side/stomach position. Now my hips kill me when I lay on my side an wakes me up out my sleep and I’m so uncomfortable sleeping on my stomach. I don’t know what to do because I know it isn’t safe to sleep on my back but that is the only way I get sleep. Is there anything I can do to sleep comfortably in a better position?
