21 weeks pregnant pruney skin around outside of vagina

i am not sure what is going on but the area around my vagina that is usually smooth is Bumpy. I checked because i was a little bit itchy down there and i wanted to see what is going on. doesnt look normal😭 seems a little red like some kind of rash inside the vagina. i have made an appointment tomorrow morning to check with doctor. any ideas what this can be?
