I have my 1 hour glucose screening coming up. The appt is at 7:30 am and I’m supposed to drink the drink a half hour before (and they’ll test my blood a half hour after I get there). I don’t typically eat super early in the morning as my tummy doesn’t tolerate food before about 8 well. I know you don’t need to fast for the test, but will fasting make me less likely to pass? Trying to figure out if I need to get up extra early to eat before drinking the drink and hope it doesn’t mess with my stomach or if taking the test in an empty stomach will be ok.
