Tonight I (F24)ended up on the couch cuddling with my roommate/best guy friend(M27). We’ve been friends for well over 10 years, dated once when we were in high school for like 3 months, and have been roommates for almost year. Our other roommate is out all weekend so we we just hanging out the two of us- which we do all the time. I noticed the night before he was touching me more than normal. Innocent ones. But tonight we were drinking a little bit, well maybe a bit more than a little, and the touching got mildly less innocent. He kept touching my hands and holding them, asking for hugs, and we somehow got on the topic of how I like when people play with my hair (so relaxing) so we were doing that too. We were both sleepy so we were laying on the couch, sharing a pillow and so close our head were touching, semi sleeping and he continued to play with my hair. We held hands and he did the thing where they gently stroke your hand (also so relaxing). He was doing it more than me cause I felt a little more sober then him and I didn’t know how he would feel about it in the morning but I still let it happen. I wanted it to I guess. Came up to my own room now and just stressing- I just can’t imagine facing him tomorrow! Plus we have two more days alone without our other roommate as a buffer 😬

Thoughts? Comments? Anything? This is normally the type of thing I’d talk to my roommates about but now I obviously can’t and I don’t know who to tell… he’s the kind of guy I would marry tomorrow if he asked me but he recently got out of a bad relationship and I can’t be the rebound. Also I recently lost a lot of weight (like 70lb- go me!) and I don’t want him to only like me cause I’m thinner now…. Help please 💜
