Anyone having bad heartburn?!

So just left the er having right side chest pain and like a burning squeezing sensation everything came back good I’ve been having heartburn and wondering if anyone has been having the same symptoms and what did you do to help I’m scared to eat now😭😭 I’m almost 33 weeks

Yes!!  I take tums daily and sleep elevated.

Honestly I started taking pepcid and it worked wonders for me. Tums and alca seltzer never did a thing for me.

i took Tums until they didn't help and then my OB prescribed generic pepcid that worked wonders, try asking for that (:

I rotate through tums and Pepcid. I try to avoid anything tomato/citrus based like tomato sauce in pasta or lemonade- those seem to make it significantly worse
